Photography
A dark, cinematic portfolio site for a wedding photographer — the photos lead, the interface steps back.

A self-initiated concept for a Belgrade-based wedding photographer. Photographers sell with images, yet most of their sites bury the work under sliders, pop-ups and stock templates. I wanted to design the opposite: a site that feels like flipping through a wedding album.

The challenge
Couples choose a wedding photographer on emotion first and logistics second. The site had to create that emotional pull in the first scroll, then make booking effortless — date, location and type of shoot in one short form, with no back-and-forth emails.

The approach
A near-black canvas with a faint grid lets warm wedding photography glow, while a single electric blue is used only for booking actions. Large, calm headlines and a scrolling ticker of values set the tone without competing with the images.
The page moves from a full-width photo strip to a personal “storyteller” introduction, four clear reasons to book, a full-bleed “Explore my work” moment, a testimonial, and a booking form framed by photographs. I also designed a branded loader and a 404 page so even the edges of the site feel considered.
Built in Webflow with dedicated tablet and mobile layouts and lazy-loaded imagery to keep a photo-heavy site fast.

The outcome
A complete concept site, live on Webflow, that a working photographer could launch with their own images in a day. It shows how I approach image-led brands: restraint in the interface, a single clear action, and performance treated as part of the design.
